Dad's a STAR!!!!!

This is AWESOME! Hands down Dad is the BEST one in the commercial!!!! (Ok, I might be a bit biased)

Bummies is OPEN!!!

We went to Bummies (our local BK Root Beer stand for those not from Bluffton) Sunday and Mackinley had his first experience there!! I think he liked it! He likes anything that involves food! LOL

At the Park

We took the munchkins to the park Monday. Because MJ had his hat on (see below), Kaeleigh had to have hers on too. However....I didn't realize until looking at these pictures that her Daddy made her look like Bozo the Clown! LOL!! Next time, I'll be sure to put her hair back before the hat goes on! Anyway...Kaeleigh is a MONKEY! She was all over those jungle gyms and the child has NO fear. She's definitely a little athlete, I think we'll be going to softball games and other sporting events for her when she's older.

At the Playground

We took MJ to the playground at Eastside (the elementary school across the street) one day. He had lots of fun running around!!!

Walks with Momma

MJ and I have been taking full advantage of this wonderful weather. We go for a walk every day, sometimes twice if Daddy wants to take a walk in the morning. In this picture, MJ got his hat THAT day...you'll notice below that the hat doesn't last long. BUT...now that he's had it for a while, and he's seen Daddy wear his, MJ makes sure he grabs his hat everytime we go outside.

LOOK!!!

So, we're on our walk. We just happen to be walking down Elm Drive, because I wanted to see the house where we used to live. I look down and MJ is revealing his tummy to the world. So I go up to him and say "Buddy, put your shirt down! We're outside!!". This makes him laugh like it's the funniest thing ever. After 2 or 3 times of this, I start laughing because I just can't help myself. Then I start to wonder...if any of our old neighbors looked out the window, would they be thinking "That HAS to be a Broyles..."??

On the go on the street!!

MJ is getting to be very independant! He likes to walk down the street on his own...if you try to hold his hand, he pulls away. These pictures remind me of some that Mom has of me (around his age I think) playing with a kitty in the street.

Sleepy Babies

We went shopping one day with Momma's friend Kim and her daughter Olivia. Both babies fell asleep on the way home with their new books in their laps. So sweet and precious!!! I tried to get a picture of them together, but as you can see, I didn't really have enough room! HAHA

Morning Fun

Sometimes when MJ gets up in the morning, Jason brings him in to hang out with us in our bed for a bit. He's ALWAYS this happy in the mornings, it's great. Makes it impossible to have a bad morning!!!

Funny Face

MJ kept making this hilarious face one day. We have no idea why...it was like he had a tickle in his nose or something. But he only did it that one day...glad we got a picture of it (I'm sure he will be too, hehe)!

That's IT!

Kamma Keetha gave MJ a shirt for his birthday that says "That's it! I'm calling Grandma!". Well, it was really funny because he had a really grumpy day and it just so happened that he was wearing that shirt!!! I had to snap a few pictures to prove it. LOL
