FINALLY!!!

Grammy (my Dad's mom) and Aunt Jeany (my Dad's sister) finally got to come visit us!! This was their first time meeting Mackinley. Here we are patiently awaiting their flight to arrive.

Here they come down the escalator!!

MJ & Grammy meet for the FIRST time!!!

He wasn't one bit shy...he took right to Grammy and Aunt Jeany!! He didn't cry or cringe one time!!! It was awesome!!!!

Look at the joy on her face!!

Aunt Jeany gets a kiss!!!

Baggage Claim

While Grammy got the rental car and Aunt Jeany found her missing bag, MJ occupied himself with the baggage. He's into pushing things right now...like toy vacuum cleaners, lawn mowers, etc. So of course he was PUSHING (not pulling) the baggage. Then Uncle Kelly got in on the fun. Cute stuff.

At the Camp Ground

Mom & Dad stayed in Bluffton at Oubache again while Grammy & Jeany stayed with us. So we spent several evenings/afternoons at the campsite. And of course had pudgie pies a couple times!!

A Beautiful Duet

Dad got out his guitar and played some beautiful music for us. MJ of course helped. =)

I'm A Big Kid Now!!

Both of these pictures made me realize my baby boy is not so much a baby anymore. He can climb up and sit in big people chairs all by himself and look how grown up he is, sitting between Kamma and Papoo at the picnic table with the other adults.

Cook-out at Kelly's

We had excitement immediately upon arriving at Kelly's for his cook-out Saturday. Grammy was being chased around the house by Beage, Kelly's dog. Grammy finally remembered that she had what was left of MJ's hot dog in her hand!! LOL! Aunt Jeany gave Beage the hot dog and he calmed down. Kelly was an excellent host, as usual, and we all had a wonderful time.

Korie and Chris playing Bocce (I think that's spelled right...it's pronounced "botchie", I think LOL) Ball.

Mackinley pushing the pudgie pie iron around. I think we all decided he was playing shuffleboard.

Chocolate Ice Cream

Mackinley had his first chocolate ice cream cone at Uncle Kelly's!! I think he enjoyed it! hehe! Thank you, Korie, for taking these pictures for me! And Grammy, I hope you enjoy your new chocolate artwork MJ did for you on your pants!! =)

MJ & Uncle Kelly

Uncle Kelly took MJ for a ride!! (I think Beage got kinda jealous when Uncle Kelly was with MJ)

The Razor

Kelly found this version of a "Big Wheel" in someone's trash and decided it needed a new home. All the Broyles boys had fun with it!!

Fun times

After dark, we got a fire going and had a ton of fun. Kelly got the music pumping and we had a blast singing some of our favorite Beach Boys songs, circa our childhood trips to Florida in the big silver conversion van, or the mediocre maroon mini van, or when we were high rollers in the teal mini van. It was so much fun laughing and singing (and dancing LOL) and talking about our memories together as kids. Kelly...thanks for the awesome day, I hope we can do it again soon.

My two favorite men. Happy Father's Day!!!!

To my husband...you are the light of my life. I can't believe how happy you make me. My life is everything I've ever wanted and you are at the center of it all. God has blessed us in so many ways, but I thank him every day for sending you to me. You are an amazing father, you are my best friend, and I can't wait to see what our lives together will hold. Thank you for EVERYTHING you do for me and for us. I love you so much, Babe.

To my father...Dad!! You have always been so special to me. You're the best Dad a girl could ask for. You are the glue that holds our family together with your humor and you always have the right phrase or comment to throw into a situation. I'm so proud that you're my Dad, I always have been and always will be. You are awesome, Dad, and I love you so much. Thank you for everything you've done and still do for me and now my family. Happy Father's Day to my two favorite men!!!!

Lunch at La Char

Aunt Korie and Kaeleigh. (Kaeleigh and Korie have a special bond...always have!)

Brad, Pete, Jason, and Mom (she's making this face to be sure her eyes aren't closed! LOL)

Brittney, Kyle, Dad, Korie, Kaeleigh, & Mackinley. We all enjoyed a yummy lunch at La Char (that's what we call it...I have no clue how to spell the actual name of the restaraunt...I'm sure Mom will put it in a comment here for me! LOL)

Fun with Dad (Papoo)

Mackinley wanted Papoo's gum in a bad way! LOL!! We love you, Dad!!!!! Happy Father's Day!

Playing outside

Despite the heat and humidity, the munchkins were of course much happier outside.
