{40 days for life} day 30 ~ Holly Elizabeth

Today is Day 30 of the 40 Days for Life campaign. 377 babies have been saved!  Click here to see what these posts are all about.

Holly's Mom, my friend Nichole, says: "Holly Elizabeth was born on October 10, 2007. After having a boy and girl, and dealing with our daughter's emotional roller coasters, her Dad, Ron, and I were hoping for a boy! It might not sound good to say that, but it's true :) God had other plans though and he gave us Holly. She is a joy to raise and though she can have roller coaster emotions like her sister, she is definitely her own person. Holly was also 7 lbs. 6 oz. and a very good baby. Her brother and sister loved helping me take care of her. She is 4 years old now and in 2 day preschool, loving every minute of it. She enjoys learning, to think she's doing what her big brother and sister can do. She has lots of friends but her BFF (according to her) is her sister, Melanie! I pray this is a friendship and love that lasts for a lifetime. She loves to read the Bible and hear Jesus' stories, likes to paint and do crafts, sings a lot and twirls around in her pretty dresses saying she's a ballerina. She is my "girly girl", definitely likes to be in a dress more than her sister. Though she's the youngest of 3, she's no pushover! She can stand her ground and will let you know when she doesn't agree with you. I cherish the time I have with her alone right now. I know all too soon she will be in school for the day and I will miss the one on one time we have. We pray Holly will also come to know Jesus and ask Him into her heart someday. Although she's not the boy we originally wished for, we would never trade her and so appreciate God trusting us to be her parents!"

I am pleading that you pray with me for the Lord to end abortion.  He loves the babies.  He loves the mothers.  He loves the fathers.  He loves the doctors.  He loves those who have already made the choice and are now living each day with the after-effects of that decision.  He's waiting with open arms...run to Him!

Proverbs 31:8 "Speak up for those who have no voice, for the justice of all who are dispossessed."
