{40 days for life} day 33 ~ Trevon Derek

Today is Day 33 of the 40 Days for Life campaign. 478 babies have been saved!  Click here to see what these posts are all about.

Trevon's Mom, my friend Deidre, says: "Trevon is our fourth child. He was born January 18, 2006 weighing in at 7lbs 15 oz. 19 1/2 inches long. I had a normal pregnancy and at exactly 40 weeks I went into labor. It wasn't a very long labor and the doctor barely made it into the room. Trevon was coming into this world whether there was a doctor there or not. He was such a pleasant baby, so loving, and cuddly. He started talking at an early age and said some of the cutest phrases. We get a lot of laughs from him and his witty personality.

Trevon is now 6 years old and is in Kindergarten. He likes dinosaurs and making books with LOTS of illustrations. His most favorite thing to do is go fishing with his dad and big brother. Pretty much anything outdoors draws his attention and he will spend hours exploring and using his imagination. It's almost torture when he has to come inside for bed. He wrestles with his brother and can make his sisters scream with the best of them, by chasing them with worms. In the summer he plays T-ball during the week and loves camping on the weekends with the family. If there was one word to describe him it would be JOY! Trevon has a twinkle in his eye that captures anyone who is around him. No one can walk away without feeling loved by him. We love our Trevs and can't wait to see what God has in store for his life."

I am pleading that you pray with me for the Lord to end abortion.  He loves the babies.  He loves the mothers.  He loves the fathers.  He loves the doctors.  He loves those who have already made the choice and are now living each day with the after-effects of that decision.  He's waiting with open arms...run to Him!

Proverbs 31:8 "Speak up for those who have no voice, for the justice of all who are dispossessed."
