He chose something I've never EVER made before and I was very nervous to try! Tex-Mex Eggrolls with Creamy Cilantro Dipping Sauce. The filling had sausage, yellow rice, black beans, tomatoes, monterey jack cheese, and green onions. The dip was made with cream cheese, sour cream, LOTS of cilantro, garlic, and tomatoes.

I love to cook! That sounds yummy. I need to get the recipe. Your mom can give it to one of her coworkers. They all know me over there. :)

hahaha

Sorry about that. I'm really not trying to scare you with the number of comments on one picture. My computer acted like it was frozen, so I got a little click happy.

Maybe I should be patient. :)

Patience is a virtue, keep it if you can. Seldom fond in women, NEVER found in man.

I like to quote that to my children all the time. Brainwashing, it's a child-rearing strategy that I'm great at. :)

Okay, I'll leave you alone now. ;)

Blogging Tip #482: To delete a duplicate comment click on the little trash can at the lefthand corner of your comment box, and exhibit more patience "next time." :o)

yeah, yeah, yeah

Who made these tips up anyways?

THANK YOU Miss Etiquette.

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fun stuff

I just tried Miss Etiquette's tip. Wow! It really worked.

I was saying that I'm surprised Funny Lady isn't more familiar with the city's schedule. Doesn't she know that the school system here is on fall break? That's right, eleven day vacation. Try not to look too hard.

Hmmm, you must have to be an "official" blogger to do that neat little trick.

Grammy's note brought tears to my eyes since we weren't able to come up this weekend.

{Sigh}

Hi Jeany!!!! I was just my normal little busy beaver self all day at school and didn't hear about the change of plans - - - - so imagine my suprise when I found an e-mail from Keri saying you guys weren't coming.

Maybe the "rescheduled" weekend will be one that isn't so full for me so I can 'play' too.

Anonymous said...

I hope so too, Keetha. Mom mentioned that you had a lot going on this weekend. I'm still kind of dazed since I had planned on being up there right now socializing with the fam.

Keri said...

Your bed is fresh and clean and ready for when you CAN come, Aunt Jeany!!! =)

Keetha Broyles said...

I bet you ARE dazed right now. I was literally stunned when I got home and saw Keri's e-mail as I ASSUMED you WERE in Bluffton at that moment. It will be better for me another weekend, and I guess Kelly is now writing a paper for school, so it will actually be better for him also - - - - - but still, it is too weird that mom was ON HER PLANE and still didn't get here.

We had worked so hard to make sure we would get to see everyone. Cathy was coming from Chicago, Jason had taken off for Sat. nite and was going to get Kae. Jeany had to change her client schedules and Jim was feeling better (no doc appoints for a few days). Korie was making plans to be with us, and we even had a special room at Comfort Suites (hot tub)!!!! That was sooooo weird how they cancelled that flight!!! They first announced the flight was overbooked but we did get to go into the holding area and then they said there was bad weather between Vald. & Atl...delay would be 40 min...next announcment was the "lavatories" were not working on plane. In other words go to restroom now or HOLD IT!!!! Finally we got aboard plane and pilot announced there was a problem with wheel and they had to call repairman. They told us to deboard and go to ticket counter where they told me they could not get me to Ft. Wayne until Sat. Next time we are calling Kelly to tell us what to do....he said we could have flown to Indy and Korie could have picked us up!!!!!! Flying is sure not like it used to be....I forgot, this is a "blog" not a "soapbox"!!!! At first it felt so weird and confusing but now I am angry that we didn't get to have our FUN weekend with the fam!!!!

Keri, Thanks for holding my bed for me. I've been meaning to ask if you saw the first episode of South Park, what a hoot! I haven't laughed that hard for so long.

Mom, so now we have two flight consultants, Keri and Kelly. ;-)

That was obviously me up there, I'm getting weird "security" messages now.

Anonymous said...

Jeany, we are lucky to have two of the best travel agents going!!!! I tried to ans. Keri's 1st message and it wouldn't allow me to ans. Could be the "bug" called MYIZFLU. Ha!!!!!

Keri said...

Oh my goodness, Aunt Jeany, I'm assuming you're talking about the WoW episode?? I have NEVER laughed so hard at a South Park episode. Gamers rejoice!! =)

I switched my blog to the new beta version and now I wish I didn't. =( That's probably why you get the dumb security things...I get them too now. I'm sorry!!

Anonymous said...

No problem, I'm already used to security prompt, just glad it wasn't quirky with just my computer. Yes, the WoW episode had me laughing so hard I was crying. That's been my favorite episode so far. So glad you saw it, I was thinking of you and Jason the whole time.
