I agree. You guys have some outstanding pix!!!!! But of course you also have some outstanding models...I know, I am VERY prejudice.
These leaves remind me of that yellow tree where you lived in Marion across from G/G Heavilin's house. He is study those leaves very carefully. Wonder what he is thinking????
Someone brought up something interesting. If babies don't know words yet, then what are their thoughts like? I mean, we think in words...what do they think in? I would LOVE to be able to see inside his little brain while he's soaking up his world like a sponge.
Really really really cute!!!! Such a great slide show.
Grammy - - - - those leaves we had in Marion were even a more intense yellow than these. I really miss having a tree in my yard that "turns" a vivid color.
No mom, I'm sorry to inform you but we have what is known as an "Intense Yellow Maple". The tree is very rare and is the only one known to be in Indiana.
lol Jason; this slide show is amazing, you captured the joy of his first fall.
Keri - You're so right, this is all pre-verbal experiencing and knowing. Its one of the most powerful ways to learn. Its that body kind of knowing, in your gut, pure joy and wonder and learning limits too, of course.
Keri - - - - I went into the assistant principal's office yesterday morning, she is a fairly new grandma too - - - - and we always show each other our 'babies.' I showed her how to find your slideshow of Kinley. She LOVED it too. She said it LOOKS professional - - - and two of her children ARE professional photographers!!!!!!!!!!!
Keri the pictures do look pretty Professional. Wanna come up and take photos of our kids for us?!?! hehe He is such a HANDSOME little guy!!! He looks like he was having much fun!! Ian would be trying to eat the leaves instead of playing with them. He has the cutest little chubby cheeks. Love em!!!!
Jason, I have contacted the Indiana Historical Society and they want to place a historical marker on your tree. Keri, put up a fence and charge all the "leaf lookers" and in no time you will have your dyson animal!!! I am concerned that my partner for the contest might still be sick and unable to enter contest. You know how well she like football on the weekend and I think she will not get enought rest!!!!
The slide show is SOOOO easy! Just go to www.rockyou.com, upload your pictures, pick your style, click "save" and they give you the code you need to put it on your blog!
EASY!! =)
Thanks for stopping by!!!
Oh, and I can't take credit for all the pictures...my husband took some too!

Did you find Jaena's pictures of taking her family to the pumpkin patch? They are AWESOME too.
Jason, I did notice this morning on the internet news that the Fat Lady Sang and squashsed all your hopes and dreams for the Tigers. :-(

Mom - I'll go check her blog, and we aren't talking about the Tigers. Shhh
Amanda - Look closer...he IS eating the leaves! LOL!
Grandma - You crack me up!
I'm sure leaves have some nutritional value. :)
Hi Keri,
Hope you found my blog.
Every time I view a new blog I get new ideas about what I want to do with mine. Like, how did you do that slide show?
Yes, when you get tired of motherhood, you'd make a great professional photographer.
