What did we think?

Jason said he liked it. But he seemed to really not have an opinion. LOL! He wouldn't have eaten it if he DIDN'T like it...but he didn't have seconds.

Mackinley and I liked it!! Mackinley REALLY liked the beans and cashews...he eventually gave up on the fork and just started picking out the beans and cashews with his fingers.

I think if I make it again, I will definitely be adding chicken or shrimp or both. It really needs some protein to make it a whole meal. But I thought it was really good and it was really easy!!!
