24 Weeks!

Today marks my 24th week of pregnancy! It's going SO fast. My doctor today reminded me that after my next appointment, I'll be going in every 2 weeks!! ACK! I still have a nursery/bedroom to complete and a 2 year old to big-boy-bed-train. I feel a bit stressed. LOL!

After my appointment, Mackinley and I were very naughty and treated ourselves to Long John Silver's!!! Luckily there isn't one in Bluffton so we rarely eat there, it's so good but OH so greasy! Mackinley got stickers in his kid's meal and was loving sticking them all over the place...especially himself!

Wow!!

After I put Mackinley down for his nap, I went to the kitchen to get a drink of water and I couldn't believe the snow coming down!!! It was gorgeous! It only lasted for 10 minutes or so. The children you hear in the video are the excited kids at the elementary school as they're loading their buses. One little boy says "IT'S A MIRACLE!!!" I don't know if you can hear him but it's so funny and cute.

More Snow!!!

We got lots more snow last night and this morning! Our little snowman is getting buried!

Sentimental Supper

One night this week, I was feeling sentimental. About food, anyway. HA! I made my Mom's chicken and veggies with mashed potatoes (Mom used baked but we're a mashed family, hehe).

MJ liked it and ate it up!!

My Mom brought up the subject of my Aunt Pam's pies on another blog. So then I of course started craving one. I craved cherry pie when I was pregnant with MJ and never did find one good enough to cure the craving. Poor Jason drove all over Bluffton, bringing me pie from various restaurants but none of them were good enough. So I talked to Aunt Pam and she told me Kroger makes pies that are as close to homemade as you can get. Well, they of COURSE were out of cherry but we tried an apple cranberry and it was VERY good!! Not as good as Aunt Pam's, of course, but it was the best store bought pie we've had.

Jason serenades us with some after supper "horn" blowing. He did this one time and now MJ begs for the horn at every meal. LOL

Snuggles

Daddy and MJ snuggled up on the floor (by the choo-choo). MJ loves to get snuggled under blankets with pillows. He says "Ni-Ni Momma" then a few seconds later "UP! I'm UP!"

Fun in the Sun...and Snow!!!

We took MJ out in the snow today!! Who knows, this might be the last we see of the fun white stuff. It was actually really nice...we got too hot in our coats. It was fun, I'm glad we did it!

Snowman

We made a snowman! Just a little one since we really don't have much snow. I think Momma and Daddy had more fun with this than MJ did. LOL!

Korie recently moved into a new little house and she's been working to get it decorated and homey feeling. I think it looks ADORABLE and she's done such a great job!!

20 Weeks

I've gained 11 pounds!! My doctor informed me I need to find some way to exercise before winter is over...anyone want to go walk somewhere?? I'm nagging my husband to find out if the high school lets people walk their indoor track in the evenings. I had to include the second picture because my little man is so dang CUTE!
