Those of you who have known my husband longer than I have have probably had a cheesecake of his. I, however, had never had one until last night!!! He used to make them all the time, then we met and he stopped! So I was always hearing from other people how Jason made yummy cheesecakes. But I had decided it wasn't true because we've been married for over 4 years and I've yet to see one! Well...he finally made one for our small group Christmas party and it was delicious! It was peppermint flavored with a dark chocolate ganache covering the whole thing!

That is so unfair...yesterday I started a last ditch attempt diet, Ryland's almost 8 months old and I'm still using the "I just had a baby" excuse...but point being, that cheescake looks like HEAVEN. I think I just licked my computer screen.
