TOO MUCH!

I completely overindulged today. Right now I feel like I do on Thanksgiving night. What is wrong with me?!?! Maybe if I embarrass myself with typing out in public everything I ate today, I'll think twice about doing it again!!!

Ok...

Breakfast - sausage McMuffin with egg, hashbrown, medium coffee with 1 cream
Lunch - who knows how many pepperonis while I got lunch ready for the kids, then 7 triscuits with pizza sauce, pepperoni, and cheese on top
Snack - who knows how many pepperonis on triscuits
Supper - 12 pc chicken nuggets from Chic-Fil-A, dipped in honey mustard, and a side salad with ranch dressing
Snack #2 - TWO Kit-Kats. No...not 2 pieces of a Kit-Kat...TWO WHOLE Kit-Kat bars.
Snack #3 - Philadelphia cheesecake filling on top of crushed graham crackers with DeBrand raspberry sauce drizzled over it all.

I'm a pig. No wonder I'm overweight!!! AND I haven't done my work-out since THURSDAY! Who wants to take bets I put something else in my mouth before I go to bed since it's only 9:17 right now???? I'm disgusted with myself. HA! :)

Now there's another advantage of going to bed at 8 or 8:30.

ha! keetha i was just going to say "i'm glad i go to bed so early or i would eat all night long". lol!!

keri, you know what's just as bad? i read that and didn't at all think that was too much food! LOL. no wonder we are both so disgusted with ourselves all the time! there has to be an over-eaters anonomyous out there!

Keri....Stop kicking yourself and do better today.
It might help if you kept those goodies out of the house too. I know, without doubt, that if cheesecake was in my frig I would eat it, diet or no.
One more thing....get thee back to Weight Watchers. It's helping me a lot and they have lots of goodies you can eat without all those calories.

Pam - I can't afford Weight Watchers! hehe :) And I don't usually buy such things but for some reason we had this stuff and of course since it was there, I HAD to eat it!

I got back on my work-out routine today so that helped me feel better.

Good for you!! Hang in there, this dieting stuff ain't for sissys. :) Some days I GRAVE french fries and a BIG juicy burger. Most often I make it thru the graving but I have to admit I do indulge occasionally.

I GRAVE???? LOL....can't spell today but I'm sure you know what I mean.

Pam - I think indulging is important. If you completely cut yourself off from the foods you love, you will not be successful because you will definitely end up right back to your old eating habits! Any time I "diet" I have a cheat day where I allow myself to eat anything and everything I want. But I'm actually not dieting right now...just working out and attempting portion control. :)

Can I just tell you that I read your list and it did NOT seem like that much food!

I'm pretty sure that I eat a similiar diet-I'm just not brave enough to write it all down.

My big downfall is ALWAYS the snacking at night. I love to stay up after the kids are in bed-the house is quiet and peaceful and I can watch TV or blog in peace. The bad thing about that is that I always end up eating junk food!

Keri-
Hey! I'm right with you! I am the biggest I have ever been and I make myself sick sometimes with the way I look. I was doing weight watchers, too, but with us leaving for China soon, I haven't been focusing on my points like I should. Its so hard! But, just stay at it and you'll do good. I need to stay with it myself.

Honestly, and I will be honest not mean and if i'm mean i'm sorry LOL, but its only feeling gross cause of all that FATTY stuff!! Only good thing in that was the salad. You know you did wrong, you bought that stuff and only you are responsiliable for the food you eat.

Next grocery, dont buy the tempting stuff, buy the veggies and fruits and yogurts, whole grains to fill you up. Otherwise, cause you have it IN the house you ARE going to eat it.

Cost of food doesnt help anyone but at least you can try. maybe I should email my comments LOL but on a final note...

a tip i learned...Drink water. I'm not being funny here but it's helped me this week and WOW what a difference. Making that lunch for the kids, have a glass of water/green tea ready and drink it everytime you want to take that pepperoni.

Right before supper, drink a glass of water and you'll be full when you get to that 6th nugget and salad. Try chewing more slowly and take a break between mouthfuls.

We LOVE food, and it consumes us instead of us consuming it LOL I have issues with portion..i love my food but the last week I read an article and i lost 3lb. i still snack..but i have water before i do and dont eat as much hehe

sorry for the long comment hehe
