These are too good, I have to spread the word.
Jason's Uncle Clay brought some over for us to try and we are HOOKED.
They're chicken sausages, from Sam's Club. I think we could eat them for every meal. We've had them on buns, or cut up with veggies and sauce, the possibilities are endless. And they're so GOOD for you! Here's the Nutrition Facts for the Spinach & Asiago Cheese (our FAVORITE):

The Apple ones aren't AS good for you...but still way better than pork Italian sausage, and very delicious! They have chopped apples inside them!

LOL! the first ones sound good though... if i ate meat i bet they would be my favorites. the seconds have a horrible combo for me... i hate meat and fruit LOL!
The second ones sound good! Too bad we don't have a Sam's membership. ;)
Thanks for the "plug"...going to Sams tomorrow & will for sure get us some!!!!
Neither do we, Amy! So we are at the mercy of Jason's uncle's kindness! :)
Ummm the fat in the Spinach is NOT 45...it's 4.5! Oops...let me see if I can fix that!
I got the spinach cause the sodium & calorie count was lower....can't wait to try & think I will chop & cook with onions, peppers, celery, add a can of Rotel tomatoes & serve over rice or noodles...yummmy!!!
Sounds delicious, Grammy!! I hope you love them as much as we do! I like to get them really brown and crispy and caramelized! YUM YUM
