{40 days for life} day 19 ~ Haley Jo

Today is Day 19 of the 40 Days for Life campaign. 237 babies have been saved!  Click here to see what these posts are all about.

Haley's Mom, my friend Mary Jo, says: "Little Miss Haley Jo made her arrival 16 days late on June 10, 2000 at 1:25am via C-section (after laboring for many hours), weighing in at 9lbs. 14.75oz. She was so chubby :) Haley has had many struggles in her almost 12 years on this earth. At 4 months we noticed she seemed to be behind in her development so the testing and therapy began. She was late to sit, crawl, and walk just to name a few. She was finally given the label of developmental delay...she has had every test you could imagine run on her and they find nothing wrong with her. She still does not speak (she does have a small list of things she says) but she understands soooo much. We love her just the way she is and to us she is normal. She is the happiest little girl even with all her struggles. Haley gives the best hugs and loves to dance! I pray that someday she will say "Mommy I love you."..I know she does but to hear it would be so awesome. Life has been unfair to her but she is very happy. I am very thankful to have her as my daughter."

I am pleading that you pray with me for the Lord to end abortion.  He loves the babies.  He loves the mothers.  He loves the fathers.  He loves the doctors.  He loves those who have already made the choice and are now living each day with the after-effects of that decision.  He's waiting with open arms...run to Him!

Proverbs 31:8 "Speak up for those who have no voice, for the justice of all who are dispossessed."

Awwww - - - Little Haley Jo!

You know Tim Tebow's mom was told she needed to abort him!!! She refused and the whole world knows about Tim now and his great faith in our Lord. Somehow he manages to be better known for his FAITH than for his football, and he's very well known for THAT.

Tim's story was just told in my church a few weeks ago. I am not a fan of football but a fan of Tim's parents following their beliefs and raising a wonderful man of God.
It's AMAZING what a little faith can do :)
