Kindergarten has been quite the learning experience for all of us. We weren't expecting homework, reading, writing, math, all packed in to 5 full days each week. Maybe we're just ignorant...but we thought Kindergarten was coloring and learning shapes and napping and playing at the water table! At any rate, Mack has had to learn a lot about self control, doing his BEST work ALL the time, paying attention, and that there are more important things in life than getting your peers to laugh (at least when in class!).
Over the past few weeks, he has made huge improvements. The work he brings home is noticeably better and his teacher sent me an email to let me know his behavior has also significantly improved. WAY TO GO, LITTLE MAN!!! So we told him we would go anywhere he wanted to as a reward. He chose Coco China Buffet, of course! He LOVES that place.
HAHAHAHA!!! Ohhh Jason. See his face? What do you think THAT is all about??? No really, make a guess in your comment...I'll reveal the answer later. :) I'm dying to know what you think!

I think he just saw a "perp" that he's dealt with over and over, who has NO MONEY, and yet they are in Coco China EATING OUT!

I was so busy thinking up what Jason was thinking I FORGOT to tell Mack how PROUD I am of his improved work and school behavior!!! Keep it up, Mack!!!
