my thumb is clearly brown and wilty

I've had this plant for all of 4 days.
It is crying.
Why is it so unhappy?!
Yes, I watered it.
I even let it sit in the bright sunshine today.
And it still hates me.
PLEASE someone help me!
I love it and I don't want it to die.
I had great plans to plant it outside once these freezes go away.
H.E.L.P. (that cry came from the plant)

I love these flowers, but I'm the last person who could help! Sounds like a job for Miracle Gro!

You inherited your brown wilty thumb from moi - - - only mine is more like black and dry-crispy.

Wow - - - look how many MORE of your blog readers also are plant killers.

I'm the worst person to ask for advice.... my plants always die within a couple days - it's pathetic! I mean, I once watered a plant to death. I'm hopeless.

Where in the world are all my blogging buddies today?????

Hmmmmmm - - - I FINALLY have a Saturday "free" and all to myself. I'm sitting here, having completed a post about your funny father to run later today AND my Sunday in my City post for tomorrow, and I JUST WANT TO VISIT BLOGS to "play" and comment a bit - - - but PRECIOUS FEW are out and about in blogland today to "play" with me.

Very Sad Face

Oh - - - I just had a thought (remember, I'm notoriously BAD with plants, so factor that into this bit) about your daisy.

I notice the pot is a ceramic pot. Sometimes those, because they don't "breath" cause water to collect in the soil and actually "drown" the plant's roots.

Just an idea - - - sadly learned from a lifetime of experience in murdering plants.

BTW - have you seen the commercial (I've only seen it once, but I PAUSED it and told your dad - - - "Look! This commercial is about ME") where the girl is sitting on her front steps holding two pots of dead plants and says something about being arrested for plant homicide??

FUNNY bit in that commercial!
