Jason and I have been hearing people rave and rave about Chipotle. We finally got our chance to try it. While I was watching them make our burritos, I was thinking, "I don't see what the big deal is, these are pretty normal ingredients". Then I tried it. WOW!!!! Seriously the BEST burrito I have EVER had!!!! This picture is a third of my burrito, leftover for the next day (yeah, they're HUGE...I think it weighed 2.5 lbs!!!). I have the tortilla spread open so I could re-heat it in the microwave (which, by the way, it was even TASTIER the next day!!). If you haven't had Chipotle yet, and you get the chance, be sure you try it!!!! YUM-O

Chipotle

Mom, the closest one to us is the one in Indy.
I'm guessing there is a restaurant NAMED Chipotle - - - I know there is a seasoning by same name.

We ate at Chipotle's once and thought the food tasted great. We don't go there any more though, because the portions are so big. Like we need more to eat! LOL
Chipotle is also the name of a chili pepper commonly used in Mexican cooking (if I could lecture, being in So Cal, and all).
